I have a New Look pattern #6529 that features a button-front dress or tunic. Both are sleeveless and the dress is available in two lengths; tunic C offers a contrast skirt.

 

This pattern is a misses' sizes 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18, and it is an out of production, uncut pattern - the package has light wear and is priced accordingly.
