Disc is (Very Good +) excellent shape for its age, strong VG+, a few small, light, superficial scratches/ hairlines.

All inserts in very good condition.

Jewelcase in overall good shape, works fine, the top of the cover has a small brown stain- nothing major, no affect on anything- refer to photos.
