VarTech Displays VT064P Touch Screen Operator Interface

For sale- a VarTech Displays VT064P as pictured, configuration number 04P-1-00-00.  I believe this to be a touch screen interface for industrial devices.  It takes a 12 volt DC input that is not automatically included.  If you need one please request it (probably won’t be the one in the pictures) otherwise I will assume you are replacing the operator interface and probably already have the requisite adaptor.

The display has several scratches on it, last picture shows me pointing to them, anything else you see is likely glare.   And as you can see the label on the back is scuffed up from being out of the box.  I never-the-less think this one has never been used, it just got out of the box and has not been handled well since then.  My reason for thinking that is that I have two that are new in the box and even this one came with the User Manual on CD-ROM.  As you can see the panel powers up and with a VGA input it puts up a picture (telling me the settings are wrong I believe).  So I feel like it is in working condition without having any way to assess that further.  Please note that the ONLY input is VGA.
