The 8th picture with the boat in it (or 3rd from last) shows a water mark on the top right.  Also on the picture on the top left is a tiny blob of ink outside the picture.  That blob was there when we bought it from the artist whom we met at Lake Malawi.  This was in January 1972 when we started our three year teaching term in Dowa.  We had this art on our wall all that time and packed it up to bring back home.  Unfortunately I never got around to framing them and forgot about them in a box.

Now I'm downsizing and I'd like to find a home for them.  I'm not sure how this art was made.  I remember exactly where we bought it and the young man who was drawing with pencil at that time.  I'm sure he explained it, but I have no recollection. The yellow parts feel somewhat waxy.  My husband thinks printing is involved in some way.  I think it's black pen over the yellow and orange background.  I know later on we saw others like this in Nairobi.

15" x almost 5".  Well loved and not pristine.

I tried to give you a close up of each picture in three parts, top, middle, bottom.  I hope that helps.  Contact me with any questions.
