This is a Hope RX4+ Rear Caliper DOT in anodized blue, FM+20. It has all its parts and accessories and has not be used to the best of my knowledge. I have a set installed on my bike and they really do work. Also DOT fluid as used in this caliper is associated with SRAM as Shimano is with mineral oil.
