Shipping Information:

• Shipping Upgrades: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost of $9.99. Please select expedited at check out. There will be no refunds on shipping costs. 
• Delivery Issues: If your item does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you with tracking and resolving the issue. For damaged or lost items, please reach out immediately so we can assist you with filing a claim.

Return Policy:

• Item Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the item is damaged or used, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Return Shipping:

• If the item is defective or not as described: We will provide a prepaid return label for the return shipping cost at no extra charge to you.
• If the item is returned due to a change of mind: The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process:
