Cobalt Blue JS Merrell Drug Co St Louis Bottle 5" Paper Label Pharmacy 1885-1929

This is a rare antique pharmacy / apothecary bottle with paper label that reads, " J.S Merrell Drug Co. St. Louis USA" that is cobalt blue glass with cork stopper. The bottle measures 5" tall x 1 7/8" diameter. The original contents marked on label was 1/4 pound. The bottle is empty now. No chips or cracks. This company was established Oct. 1885 and closed in 1929 for failure to pay taxes (Depression era).   My photos are of the actual item you are getting. See our store for other interesting items.
