If an item is described as new it is the item inside the packaging, not the packaging, new means the packaging has not been opened and the item inside is unused. If a package has dings, creases or bends we will do our best to indicate as such, however, view the photos provided and any questions please ask BEFORE making an offer or purchase.
- once the package is dropped off at post office and tracking shows "acceptance" or "distribution center" when tracking, I have no more control over it.
- If your package arrives damaged by mishandling from the USPS, you will need to go to your local post office and show them the damage so the clerk can file a claim.
