Containing 5% cobalt
The higher the cobalt content, the harder and more wear-resistant the drill bit. It is cast from hard and sharp high-speed steel through high-temperature quenching and precision grinding process
Double helix chip groove
Spiral groove design, good chip removal performance, fast hole rotation speed can improve work efficiency
Fully ground
Double rear angle, precise positioning when entering, easy drilling, can drill various metals
Tips for using M35 cobalt containing Fried Dough Twists drill:
1. The Fried Dough Twists drill is perpendicular to the stainless steel plate at 90 °;
② If the hole is larger than 6MM, first use a 3.2MM-4MM drill hole to make a small hole, and then use a large drill bit to enlarge the hole;
3 The electric drill chuck must clamp the Fried Dough Twists drill bit. The shorter the Fried Dough Twists drill, the better. The Fried Dough Twists drill does not need to be too sharp;
The optimal rotation speed of the electric drill should be between 80-120. The faster the rotation speed, the more difficult it is to drill, which can burn out the drill bit and cause annealing. Stainless steel plates can also be annealed, making it impossible to drill further;
5. Secure the ground firmly, apply even force, and use an electric drill.
Introduction to lengthened cobalt containing straight shank Fried Dough Twists drill:
A straight shank Fried Dough Twists drill is mainly composed of shank and working part;
The cutting section of department B has two main cutting edges and a secondary cutting edge, which are responsible for all cutting work;
The guiding part of the C work department plays a guiding and grinding role, and the chip storage groove is made into a spiral shape to facilitate chip guidance;
D uses M35 high-speed steel material and fully ground drill bits;
The E surface is smooth, with high grinding accuracy, sharp cutting edge, and durability. Widely used for drilling high hardness plates such as stainless steel plates, automotive spring steel, and grinding tool steel.
