Attention, US buyers.
Please refrain from purchasing items listed on my store. Currently, it is not possible to ship parcels from Europe to the US; postal operators are not accepting shipments. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is beyond my control, and neither of you. I hope the situation will be resolved soon.

To assess the condition of things I use a scale :
NEW-MINT-EXCELLENT (+ -)-GOOD WORKING-AS IS.
The items, exhibited here, have professional service, in each specific case I usually indicate the work performed.
I have original spare parts, necessary tools and devices, both purchased and special ones, which were provided by factories for warranty and post-warranty repairs in the USSR.
Of course, I have technical documentation for repairing Soviet equipment, although I have no need to use it, since I have been working in the service since 1986.
The specifics of Soviet (and not only) equipment of this age do not exclude problems after repair.
Please treat with understanding, I am always ready to help with advice or action in solving the problem.

Soviet Zorki-3M with Jupiter-8 lens 35-mm rangefinder film camera.
In my opinion, the most beautiful and at the same time quite reliable camera
 from the third Zorki series.
Zorki-3 had problems with the long exposure mechanism, on Zorki-3M another slow-down mechanism was installed for the first time, due
to which the camera finally acquired the ability to work.
The condition is visible in the detailed photos.
I would like to note the excellent condition.
The camera has old-style curtains.
It is unlikely, that they have not been changed over these 70 years, but if they were changed, this
was certainly done in a Soviet workshop, because when disassembling for service I did not notice any signs of amateur repair.
The curtains retained excellent elasticity and I did not find a reason to replace them.
The camera had a full service to return it to a condition, approximately like from the factory.
For this, it was completely disassembled, washed, the lubricant was replaced.
Then assembly with adjustment.
The last three photos give an idea of the completeness of the service.
Such a complete disassembly is needed, first of all, to gain access to the shutter springs.
They have many turns and are lubricated with a consistent grease, that can work for about 30 years.
Then it dries out and needs to be replaced.
No tricks like trying to dilute the old grease or tighten the springs 2-3 times more than the nominal value give results.

Comes with original lens cap, take-up film spool and leather case.
The case is not original, unfortunately, but it is from the first edition Zorki-4 camera and is exactly the same, except for the inscription.
