Originally released in 1968 on Jamaican labels Amalgamated and Clancy’s Records, Hugh Malcolm’s Good Time Rock and Love Brother Love are prime examples of early reggae’s raw energy and soulful delivery. Reissued by Harlem Shuffle Records in 2022 as part of their Reggae Loud Cut Series, this 7″ single preserves the vintage analog warmth and vocal grit that defined the era. A deep cut for boutique reggae bins and collectors of foundational Jamaican sounds.
