Toscany Elite Crystal Wine/Champagne glasses are part of the Toscany Crystal brand, which was known for producing high-quality, elegant stemware. The Toscany brand was distributed in the mid-to-late 20th century, with many pieces being sold in department stores and fine home goods retailers.

Toscany Crystal was a brand that imported fine glassware and crystal, often from Europe, particularly Italy and sometimes Germany or Poland. 

What makes these particular glasses unique and more collectible is that they were hand-cut in Yugoslavia, representing historical value.  These are pieces of history and craftsmanship, reflecting the cultural heritage of Yugoslavia, which is no longer a recognized country. 

The Elite line was one of their premium collections, featuring cut crystal or smooth designs with an emphasis on classic elegance.
