You are looking at a pair of mens Patagonia baggies longs swim shorts in a size M. These lined shorts have an elastic waistband with a built-in drawstring, 2 front pockets, 1 back pocket with a snap closure and the fabric is nylon/polyester.
Laying flat the waist measures 32" (unstretched) and the inseam is 7".
