The MCR COMMUNICATIONS HW-40 OC. 

This is an off center fed dipole incorporating our 4:1 balun at the feed-point enabling it to be fed 

directly with quality 50ohm coaxial cable.

The leg lengths (BALUN to end) are 6.76m and 13.52m respectively aprox

As you can see, this is a great little antenna with a very small footprint and high performance for the modern amateur.
