       Refunds: Well, it all depends on the situation. It is in my best interest for each transaction to have both parties satisfied. Item Features:

1.100% sealed on card, READ: figure bubble has lots of dust particles on the inside and Duke has a dirt smudge on his right arm

2.card is in fair/ok condition, has some misc wear

3.bubble has some brown smudges on the inside, no cracks, but has some denting by the feet and part of the top edge has been cut off

Overall, nice vintage moc-like item!
