Vintage New Orleans Mardi Gras Beads RHEA 24" Plastic

This is a vintage New Orleans Mardi Gras plastic beads. These are "RHEA" bead that measure 24" (slips over head).  This is a vintage parade throw item with everyday wear in functional condition.
