Troubleshooting

If you are unable to access photos or videos, please ensure that the SD card is correctly inserted into the card reader. If not, please insert the SD card into the card reader again.

If the SD card cannot be read, please check if the device version is too low

If photos and videos are not generated by a camera, one needs to seek help from a computer. Create a folder named 'DCIM' in the root directory of the SD card and transfer all photos and videos there. Can only manage photos and videos in the DCIM folder.

4. Use media information to check if the video file is H.264 or MPEG-4. Rename each photo and video file to "MVI-XXXX", where XXXX is a unique identifier. For example, if you have a JPG file and a MOV file, please name them MVI-0001.JPG and MVI-0002.MOV. (Same as IMG0001.JPG)
