Milk Thistle Extract(Silybum marianum) (seed)(a 4:1 Extract, equivalent to 1,000 mg whole herb)

Directions:

As a dietary supplement take, two (2) capsule daily. For best results take 20-30 min before a meal with an 8oz glass of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.
