How to prepare it:

- Soak the dried beans in water for eight to twelve hours.

- Pour out the soaking water, then put clean water on the beans and start cooking it on medium heat. 

- After boiling, reduce the heat to the lowest level, cover it and leave it to cook for at least three hours.
