Shipping

Domestic Shipping:
Processing, handling, and carrier pickup within 1-3 Business Days. Tracking is provided within 24 hours of order. We always aim for sameday shipping if possible. If the carrier has made their rounds, your product will go out the next business day. Exclusions for the before mentioned are major holidays and weekends. We wish we could be robots and work 24/7, but we have families too.
Domestic Delivery time:
Items generally take about 3-5 days once carrier picks it up from our Warehouse.

International Shipping:
International orders must contact us first for quote and if item is available to be shipped to designation. Generally just add one day for processing, handling and carrier pickup. Delivery time will vary just because global events are always occurring. We are not held responsible for a things outside of our control. Customs and any additional import taxes/fees will be paid by customer. Refusal of payment will result in deduction of cost to have item returned plus any applicable restock fees.

Payment

We accept most major forms of payment. Items with pending payment will not be released until verified. If you do not see your payment method, please contact us for an answer.

Service

Returns:

We highly suggest contacting us prior to submitting a return. Be prepared to provide photo evidence that is clear enough to show the whole item and a closer shot of the issue. If the item has NOT been open, installed, or used, we generally accept it without question (refund will depend on inspection once said item is returned). You are subject to restock fee 15-25% of purchase price. Most of the time we can resolve issues over messaging. Since majority of our items require professional installation, be prepared to have a licensed shop or mechanic provide invoice with your name, VIN, & job order with details why said item is not able to be used or installed.

Our products undergo a multi-tier process of R&D before production is set. The consensus usually when a customer has an issue with a product is they lack the experience or environment to get the job done properly. This is why all products are recommended, and highly encouraged, to have a licensed professional install it. You get peace of mind and security that a professional has done everything in their experience as well as evidence to provide us if an issue occurs.
