There is no tag to indicate the fabric content.  I do not think it is silk, feels more like an acetate.  Size is approximately 33.5" square.  Condition is used but there are no rips, tears, holes or stains and the edges are intact.  Enlarge and look at all photos for more details on condition and design.  Please contact if additional information or photos are needed.
