Shipping

We ship via Japan Post, DHL, or FedEx with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take some time to appear on the carrier’s website.

Shipping is available only to the address registered with eBay.
We cannot ship to any unregistered address.

Handling time: up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays in Japan).


Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
We accept unconditional returns within 30 days of item receipt.

Returned items must be in original condition.

International Buyers – Customs & Duties

For buyers in the United States:

Shipments are sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so no additional payment is required upon delivery.

For buyers outside the United States:
