ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Paige Premium Denim is known for great fits in flattering washes. The Fairfax features 5 pockets (with stylish flap back pockets in back with leather trim ), a low rise, zip fly, in a bootcut leg style. Made in a quality minimal stretch denim blend in a great looking medium blue wash (Dark Clean w crease) with factory applied fading and whiskering for that lived-in vibe. Signature vine embroidered design on back pocket and leather patch on back. Made in the USA. MSRP $180.

MATERIALS:    98%  cotton   2% spandex     (minimal stretch)

CONDITION: These jeans are gently pre-owned and are in excellent condition. There is factory applied fading and whiskering. The hems have been taken up to the length listed below, keeping the original hems. (This is a very high quality hem job that costs about $20). The edges of the back hems are a bit frayed. (see pic). Other than this, just some minimal overall (see pics) . 

MEASUREMENTS: For your convenience, I provide these measurements as a general fit guide only (Measured in un-stretched state). You should compare these measurements, listed below, to a pair of jeans that you currently own.

How we Measure (we use a fabric tape. Please use the same for the most accurate comparison)

We measure the waist by lying the jeans flat and aligning the front and back and measuring straight across the top, then doubling it. As for the hips, lay the jeans flat but let them settle in their natural shape (usually the front dips down and is lower than the back). Then measure straight across, side to side, center to the crotch and top of the jeans (w/out doubling it). Do the same with the thighs, side to side, about 4 inches below the top of the inseam. The knee and leg opening are side to side as well (without doubling). The inseam is from bottom of jeans to where the inseam intersects the rise seam.

NOTE: In order to avoid the hassle and expense of a return, due to not fitting, please take 2 minutes to measure a pair of YOUR jeans so that you know what actual measurements to look for (Especially the waist). "Actual measurements" are always more important than "tag size" when  selecting a pair of jeans. Please don't assume that they will fit just because the tag size is what you usually wear. Thanks :)
