A range of strips from Firestop to provide a seal for fire rated timber door edges and frames. They are suitable for rebates in timber door leafs or frames in single and double action, single or double doors. Seals are supplied in 1.05m lengths with a brush pile smoke / draught strip as standard and are quick and easy to fit with no special tools required. They are supplied with an acrylic self-adhesive tape backing for ease of application.

Intumescent Fire Door Strips Seals Pack of 25 White Brown 10/15mm

Intumescent door seals are designed to close the gap between the fire door and frame in the event of a fire thereby preventing the spread of smoke and hot gasses. Once installed the seals can lay dormant for many years only activating when exposed to the rising temperatures and pressures in a fire situation. Available in 15mm (60 minute fire rating) and 10mm (30 Minute fire rating) sizes in a White or Brown Finish
