Frying the spiral potatoes
1.Mix hte crisp powder with ,the mixing proportoin is 1:1:3,and then put some crisp pulp powder on the
twist potatoes
2.It would be perfect that your deep fryer is with a 40CM diameter and 12CM depth pot
3.Pour som cooking oil in the pot
4.The temperature should be 170-180 about 2-3 minutes to fry the potato at every turn ,the actual frying time depends on the
size of potatoes and how much oil is the pot.
5.In order to avoid scald. when you put the potatoes into the pot in the first time,please e careful of steam nd oil
