A good quality cobalt and gilt Limoges France decorative 9.5" diameter plate with handpainted pink roses.  Backstamped with the c1900 Delinieres & Co mark and also a separate mark showing that it was made for Raynes and Co of Manchester England.  There is also a handpainted number 10669.

It is in good antique condition free from chips, cracks or crazing.
