Red and Blue Hand Painted Flowers, Green Leaves and Sparkling Gold Moriage on White Porcelain Finished in Yellow, Peach and Smokey Blue Luster Pearl Paint. Almost a Stained-Glass Effect. Produced in Japan in 1922 - 1941 per the Backstamp but Likely 1930's Due to the High Quality of the Hand Painting. Some Minor Wear as Expected with Items of this Age.
