The model number is printed on the back of the iPad. It starts from letter “A” followed by 4 digits.

2. From the menu of Settings

A. Go settings and click "General"

B. Click "About"

C. Tap the model number which starts from letter “M”, the model number which starts from letter “A” followed by 4 digits you are looking for will appear.
