Henry Frowde The Holy Bible Leather Books x4 with Slipcase & Inscription 1913

THE INSCRIPTION ON THE INSIDE OF VOL. 1 IS FOR MR. JAMES TALBOT WRITTEN ON AUGUST 22ND 1913. HE WAS LEAVING FOR CANADA AND HIS PARISH (NETTLESTEAD, KENT) PRESENTED HIM WITH THE BOOKS AS A PARTING GIFT.

Condition is "Used" and these Antique books would be classed as "Acceptable" on the outside with Vol. 4's spine just starting to split (See photos)

The other 3 volumes have marks and signs of wear on the outside but all 4 are really in excellent condition on the inside.

All books have beautiful Golden page edges.

The slip cover also has signs of wear. Please see photos as part of the description.

The books and slip case do have an aged smell off them but this is not an offensive smell in my opinion.
