It is missing a decorative joint cover on the bottom of the swing arm.  This does not affect the lamp working.

There are a few scratches where the arm adjusts and goes up and down.

There is something on one of the cords.  It does not go through.  It almost looks like someone adhered the cord to the wall with something.  I tried scraping it off but didn't want to damage the cord.  See photos
