This cub is a Spalding Niblick, Dysart- Fife, Gold Metal Series, with a very large head and face. It has a ball dotted face and a stamped cleek mark of an Anvil.
This niblick could double for a sand wedge because the loft is so steep.
The face measures 2 1/4 inches high, and 3.5 inches long and has a flange of 3/4 inches. The hosel is a long 4 inches.
The shaft is also stamped with the name "Spalding, Gold
This club is in excellent / mint condition relative to age and use. It is definitely playable but not guaranteed for that purpose.
This club could easily be used as sand wedge due it's significant loft and swing weight, which is a heavy E 6.
I estimate this club would be valued at $ 250. and I'm listing it for $ 150. This is truly a very unique and " One of a Kind " club. A very rare opportunity.
I welcome all reasonable offers. Thanks, Ed
