Up for sale is a very nice Technics SA-423  receiver. Comes from an estate of a repair tech. It does power on, but no other testing has been done. Please do not assume anything. You may luck out and it be perfect, but set the expectations to just a parts unit. I do not have the equipment to test all of these, so im moving them at a price point where everyone is happy.
