Warranty Information

This item is a refurbished product here on eBay and so is covered with a 1 year warranty for peace of mind use. Full details of the terms and conditions can be found in this section. Our warranty covers defects and significant performance issues for a period of 365 days from your purchase date. This warranty is valid in the United Kingdom only and all claims must be valid in this geographical area. It excludes damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, unauthorised modification/repair and improper installation or use. To maintain the integrity of our warranty service and protect our customers, we have implemented robust fraud prevention measures. All products have a unique serial number, which must be intact and untampered with for a valid warranty claim. In the event the serial number does not match, the warranty will be void and any claim suspended. Additionally, some products include security markers or seals which must remain undisturbed for a warranty to apply. Please note, devices subject to regular wear and tear such as remote controls and controllers are not covered for wear-related damage such as worn-out buttons, water damage and sticky buttons. This also includes but is not limited to consumables, cosmetic damage or mechanical failures due to over-usage such as battery casing latch failures. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, and our liability is limited to the original purchase price only. We reserve the right to update our warranty terms at any time, with changes updated through an email message. For the first 60 days we will cover postage costs for any warranty claims, outside of this period you are responsible for outgoing postage costs and we will cover the return costs. Returns for non-defective products or those outside the warranty term which we receive may be subject to restocking and postage fees.
