Cold start
1. Turn the switch knob to CHOKE to close the air damper.
2. Open the switch on the fuel tank cap and turn it to ON (this switch is a vent valve, which ensures normal gasoline consumption when open).
3. Pull the starter rope firmly. After the generator runs for a few seconds, turn the knob from CHOKE to ON, and the generator will enter normal working condition.
Hot start
1. You can skip the CHOKE step and pull the starter rope directly in the ON position.
2. If the start distance is too short, you need to turn to CHOKE and pull the starter rope once (at this point, the generator will most likely not start). If it starts, turn to ON and run normally. If it does not start, turn to ON and then pull the starter rope to start the generator.
CO detection function
(if the CO concentration in the environment is too high, the CO alarm light will flash. When the CO concentration exceeds 150 mg/m³, the alarm light will begin to flash, and the generator will shut down within 10 seconds. Afterward, the CO alarm light will continue to flash for approximately 5 minutes. During this period, the machine will not start normally. It must be waited until the alarm light stops flashing before restarting. This is because CO concentration requires some time to return to normal levels. Therefore, the generator is not suitable for use in poorly ventilated environments, i.e., it is not suitable for indoor use.
ECO Energy-Saving Mode
(determined by a switch on the panel. In this mode, the generator's output power will be slightly reduced. It is generally recommended for use when power demand is low, offering greater energy efficiency and quieter operation. Note that the energy-saving mode should be activated after starting in normal mode; starting in energy-saving mode may cause startup difficulties.)
