New in open box. The box has some wear but everything inside is new and unused. There are some small black speckles that look like small dings possibly from it not having a bag inside the box. It includes the hardware pictured and it is stock size and the color is chrome. It fits a 1994-04 ford mustang. Please refer to all the photos before making a purchase, thanks!
