Such a smart looking 1960’s dress by Hearsay for Neiman Marcus in a navy blue cotton fabric with a matching belt in a striped fabric that matches the lining. The dress has toggle buttons up the front. The belt contrasts nicely against the dress and cinches in the waist. The belt is very long and could be tied in a variety of ways.

The dress is in great condition and the belt has a couple of small stains.
