A beautiful pair of Georgian English Regency Coalport dessert shell shaped serving dishes in a very rare pattern.
Each with three cobalt blue ground reserves with top quality rich gilt decoration.
Three white porcelain reserves with hand painted floral bouquet flowers outlined in gilt.
The center reserve features a rare large lavish gold gilt web design.
Both bowls are unmarked, dating to around 1805.
Stands not included.
The bowls measure 8"wide,
8" deep and 1.75" high.
Very minor gilt wear to rim and small repair underside handle to one (last photo).
The other no gilt wear but does have a couple of small glaze bumps, one in the center of the web.
