This item is pre-owned. It has been tested and works great. Unfortunately the top of it got warped/melted. I am not sure exactly how this occurred but nothing inside is damaged. It comes with the 3 program cartridges shown. They all have their manual keyboard overlay. Some of the manuals have discolorations. It also comes with the manual for the unit itself and a universal ac adapter. I can be used with 6 C batteries as well (not included). If you have any questions please message me.
