Funko Pop is brand new (See photos and conditions below for more details) Funko Pops are handled with care and placed in protective casing and/or bubbled wrapped then placed into a shipping box with stuffing for extra protection. (Please read our store policies for more details)

Brand New: Still sealed, never opened. (We ship only mint or near mint)

Mint Condition: Pop/Box are in “like new” condition.  

Great Condition: Like new with minor dinks or scratches.

Good Condition: Minor scratching and warping on plastic, minor creasing to boxes.

Poor Condition: Major warping, lots of scratches, creasing and/or tears on the box, and faded paint.

Damaged Condition: Visibly damaged or broken.

Shipping Policy:

Orders typically ship out the next day if the item is in stock. Any preorder or coming soon products will ship out as soon as we receive our allocation. It is everyone’s duty to check the status of their preorders, as the dates are subject to change. Any changes for presale items will be adjusted and shipped out on the new release date. Please refer to the current listing on the item purchased for status updates, as the dates will not change on your purchase order.

 

Return Policy:

Buyers will receive free returns for the first 30 days of the purchase but are required to pay a 25% restock fee for the purchased item. (You are charged a restock fee to cover the company's expenses to prepare the item for resale.) If your item is damaged/defective and not as described or if the wrong item is sent, you will not be charged a restock fee due to an in-house error. Any items purchased through auctions, promo or sale are final and are not eligible for returns. Factory sealed/brand new items are not returnable or refundable once opened.

 

Cancelation Policy:

We do accept cancellation for products that are in stock and that have not yet been shipped. Any items shipped cannot be canceled. You may process a return once you receive the item. We accept cancellations of preorder and coming soon items up to 14 days of the purchase date anything after will be subjected to a 25% restock fee. This also includes items with dates that are subject to change due to high demand. (Please see the return and pre-order policy for more details.)

This also includes items with dates that are subject to change due to high demand. (**Example** Item is set to release Jan. 2023 but date of release changes to September 2023, this is because of the high demand and the delay in distribution.) We order based on the demand of orders placed by buyers, so please keep this in mind when placing an order for a preorder. If you would like to process a return for your item, the item needs to be in the same condition as it was received. Any items open will not be accepted for return. Coming Soon Policy:

We accept cancellations on items coming soon up to 14 days of the purchase date and anything after will be subjected to a 25% restock fee. Coming soon are products that are being processed at our distributor and are being prepared to ship to our warehouse. Once it’s processed and shipped, the title will change on the product. For buyers to check status please refer to the original listing as the title will not change on the purchase order. For example: “Coming Soon” will change to “Coming 1/1” which these states when we will receive the item.
