Walnut Blaster Car Engine De-Carbon Cleaner Intake Pipe Valve Cleaning Machine
The working principle of this product is that the high-pressure air flow is sprayed into the engine intake pipe, and the sand particles at high-pressure and high-speed will roll and collide in the closed intake pipe, so as to impact the carbon deposits on the intake valve and cylinder wall, and then the walnut sand and the carbon deposit mixture are recovered into the sand storage bucket through a special joint.

How To Use HTS518 Walnut Sand DE-Carbon Cleaner?
  • STEP 1: Open headcover of HTS518 Walnut Sand DE-Carbon Cleaner and pour into walnut powder (need 2- 4KG ), press dust guard on walnut powder then close cover.
  • STEP 2: Join spray gun muzzle and recycle hose together. (there is a hole in recycle hose)
  • STEP 3: Remove intake manifold of the engine, plug spray gun into the intake, turn the crankshaft to close intake valve. Then connect high-pressure air pump((not include)) to HTS518 Walnut Sand DE-Carbon Cleaner.
  • STEP 4: Connect AC power, start clean. The process should last 1-3 minutes. (depending on carbon deposition circumstances)
  • STEP 5: Close HTS518 Walnut Sand DE-Carbon Cleaner check-up cleaning result. Normally, the walnut powder can be reuse 5-10 times. (depending on carbon deposition circumstances)
