🔧Installation :

  • Remove the Transmission:

    Safely lift the vehicle and secure it on jack stands.

    Drain transmission fluid and disconnect electrical connectors, cooling lines, and driveshaft.

    Use a transmission jack to lower the transmission assembly.

     

  • Disassemble the Transmission:

  • Carefully remove the old clutch plates, noting their order and orientation.

     

  • Clean Components:

    Clean the transmission housing, valve body, and other internal parts with a lint-free cloth.

    Ensure no debris remains in the system.

     

  • Install New Clutch Plates:

    Reassemble the clutch pack in the exact sequence provided in the kit instructions.

     

     

  • Reassemble & Test:

    Reinstall the transmission and torque all bolts to manufacturer specifications.

    Refill with fresh transmission fluid.
