Advantages of Welding Gun:
Our larger impeller blades are made of nylon 66+40% glass fiber, it is really heat resistant material, it won't melt under high temperature of 180 degree, our larger impeller blades increase the transmission of air flow across the heating element, with a larger total volume of air (285 l/m). This speeds welding production times and welds up to a 2" wide seam with one pass.
The superior motor features high temperature bearings and carriers made from heat reducing alloys that disburse heat to keep the motor components cool. The machine balanced spindles reduces vibration resulting in the smoothest operating hand gun on the market today. As added safety precaution, HLTE has double insulated all wiring and added a third wire to the motor itself for grounding, further reducing the potential for electric shock.
The heating element use new ceramic material, nickel chrome wire.

FAQ:
Q: What's plastic welding?
A: Plastic welding also know as hot air welding, we use a hot air hand tool to produce a jet of hot air that softens both the parts to be joined and a plastic filler rod, all of which must be of the same or a very similar plastic. Welding PVC to acrylic is an exception to this rule. Hot air/gas welding is a common fabrication technique for manufacturing smaller items such as chemical tanks, water tanks, heat exchangers, and plumbing fittings. In the case of webs and films a filler rod may not be used. Two sheets of plastic are heated via a hot gas (or a heating element) and then rolled together. This is a quick welding process and can be performed continuously.
Cautions:
1) The voltage rating stated on the tool must correspond to line/mains voltage.
2) For personal protecting on the building site, we strongly recommend the tool be connected to a GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) or a RCCB (Residual Current Circuit Breaker).
3) The tool much be operated with supervision, heat can reach combustible materials which are out of sight.

Return & Refund
Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.
