| This product is
based on servo motor as power electric tapping machine,
widely used in all walks of life all kinds of large and
small machine and all kinds of materials, parts of molds and

- There are
three modes for you to choose: manual, automatic and deep hole
machining.
- The preset torque of the machine plus the double protection of the
torque chuck can prevent the tap from breaking.
- Newly upgraded 2000W high power, can bring more torque.
- The rotating parts are made of graphite copper sleeves and
bearings, which are flexible in rotation, more wear-resistant, and
have high tapping accuracy.
- Wide range of processing materials, can process aluminum, copper,
A3 steel, 45 steel, cast iron, pig iron, Q235, S136, mold steel,
718H,40Cr, stainless steel and other materials.

Heat Emission Hole
The machine
is designed with heat dissipation holes, which cantimely discharge

Forward & Reverse
The handle of
the machine head is designed with forward and reverse buttons, which
is comfortable to hold,and can be tapped during forward rotation.
After tapping is completed,press the reverse button to exit the tap. |

responsive,with two languages, Chinese and English,and can display
the torque inreal time; the protective cover designcan protect the
touch screen.

Limit Slider
A limit slider is
designed on the support rod, which can flexibly adjust the vertical
height of the tapping machine from the
horizontal table, and has strong adaptability.

Direction Adjustment
By
adjusting the screws on both sides,the tapping direction of the
machinehead can be adjusted, which can realizevertical tapping and
horizontal tapping,and can rotate 360° in the vertical plane,with
high efficiency.

Servo Motor
High-power servo motor, strong power and stable operation, can
ensure the tapping accuracy;fast heat dissipation, can work fora
long time, and has a certainoverload capacity.

Planetary Reducer The
planetary reducer is oil proof,anti-collision and dust-proof， which
can effectively support the long-termoperation of the motor, reduce
the motor speed and increase the torque,thereby reducing energy
consumption.

Stable Support
The double
cantilever stabilizes the machine head, and the gas springs on both
sides can support it stably and return quickly.The bracket is made
of aluminum, which is not easy to deform and is lighter in weight.
