The Fine Smooth series has an ideal structure with a low center and high sides so that it can be used for both back and side sleeping. Adjust the entire pillow with the urethane sheet on the back, and fine adjustments with the filling.

When lying on your back, adjust the center of the pillow to the height of the back of your head and neck. When lying on your side, it is ideal to adjust both sides of the pillow to a height that does not put pressure on your shoulders.

(It is best to fine-tune the filling so that the center line of your nose is level with the bedding.)

The mini pipe pillow is a normal hardness (standard) type in the Fine Smooth series. It has excellent fluidity and breathability, and is comfortable to sleep on as it does not make the same rustling noise as a hard pipe when you turn over. It is also hygienic as it can be washed at home.
