I have a vintage Simplicity Easy To Sew pattern #8847 for a misses', men's or teen-boy's shorts, tank top and shirt-jacket or vest - the tank top is sized for stretch knits only. The package contains instructions and patterns for the following:

• Fitted tank top has racer back and narrowly hemmed neck and armhole edges. 
• Pull on below knee length shorts with back patch pocket and side seam pockets has triple waistline casing for elastic and cord drawstring. 
• Loose-fitting button front shirt-jacket or vest has hood with cord drawstring, shirt-tail hem and optional patch pocket. Shirt-jacket has long sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. Vest has bias armhole binding.

It is a misses', men's or teen-boy's sizes Large (42" - 44" chest/bust and 43" - 45" hip) and Extra-Large (45" - 48" chest/bust and 47" - 49" hip). This is an out of production, uncut pattern - the package has light wear and is priced accordingly.
