5. Installation Guide
Threaded Connection:
Use PTFE tape or thread sealant (do not use on the PTFE valve seat side)
Use a wrench to secure the hexagonal part of the valve body to prevent distortion of the quick-connect structure
Air tube installation:
Ensure the air tube cut is smooth before insertion (recommended to use a dedicated tube cutter)
After hearing a ‘click’ sound, gently pull outward to confirm tightening
System testing:
Initial pressure hold: Test at 1.5 times the working pressure for 3 minutes
Switching test: Full-range operating torque ≤ rated value
