A direct replacement for the original Honda part 17611-ML7-000, these fuel tank side lip rubbers are ideal for restoring your classic Honda motorcycle. Shown installed on an NSR250 MC28

 

 

These rubbers will fit a wide range of Honda motorcycles from the 1980s, 1990s, and beyond. The compatibility list is constantly growing, and can also be used on other motorcycles, such as the NSR250 shown. This carefully reproduced part slips onto the tank lip and prevents the tank from rocking, which causes the front mount to crack and the frame to be marked.

• 3D printed: in TPU, a highly tough yet flexible material with high resistance to fuel. They are partially hollow, which also makes them lighter than the original item.
• Colour: These come in black by default; other colours are available. Leave a message at checkout to customise your order.
• Package Includes: 1x rubber.
• Fitting. These slip over the tank lip and are held hard against the frame. To prevent them from dropping off when the tank is listed, apply double-sided tape between the runner and the tank.

3D printing has a distinct surface aesthetic compared with other processes, such as injection moulding. We take the time to finish products to a usable standard, leaving it up to you to finish your new part. Your item may have some tooling marks from support removal and may also have other features such as zits, hot spots, colour variation, and surface marks. We will not release anything that is not structurally sound. Sanding, filling, and painting these items are all possible, and we have several helpful blog posts on them.
