How quickly do you post?
Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are usually posted the same working day. Orders placed after this time may still be posted on the day but we can't guarantee.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was sent. Please open a return request through eBay to begin the process.
I received my item but there’s a problem — what should I do?
Please message us through eBay straight away if something’s not right. We’ll work quickly to resolve any issues.
My item hasn't arrived and it's been a while — what should I do?
This is rare but if you find yourself in this position, please do not worry. Instead, please send us a message or open an item not received case. We'll be notified and will do our best to find out what's going on and will try to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
At the moment, we're an online only shop. However, some items (depending on their value and the time required to prep) will have a collection in person option available at checkout.
