I have a vintage Simplicity Crafts pattern #7415 that features a Chubby Cheeks design: "Waikiki Willie". Willie is a stuffed monkey that is approximately 8"  or 20.5cm tall. The pattern creates Willie and a button-front shirt with a pocket.

 

This is an out of production, uncut pattern - the package has some wear and is priced accordingly.
