Please note that it's not possible to change the shipping address after the product has been purchased.     At our store, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return a product for any reason, please do so within 14 days of the delivery date and contact us immediately so that we can assist you with the necessary arrangements. When returning the product, please include the original receipt or a note with your eBay username. Please be aware that we will refund the price of the product only once we have received and inspected it. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original, unopened, unused, and complete condition (except for manufacturing defects). Please note that we will deduct the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee from the refund amount. We cannot accept returns for opened packages or products that have been used, are missing parts, or have been damaged due to buyer negligence (except for manufacturing defects). If your product has defects, we will only accept manufacturing defects as a reason for return.
